What’s the difference between hourly and managed IT?
Hourly support is pay-as-you-go: you call when something breaks and pay for the time. Managed IT is a monthly plan where we monitor, patch, and support your systems on an ongoing basis.
Is managed IT worth it for a small business?
If your team relies on computers, email, and the internet every day, a managed plan can be more cost-effective than frequent emergency calls, and monitoring can help catch some problems earlier. If your needs are occasional, hourly may fit better.
Can I start hourly and switch to managed later?
Yes. Many clients start with hourly support and move to a managed plan when it makes sense.
Do you require a long-term contract?
Hourly support has no contract. Managed plans use a service agreement, and we’ll go over term options with your quote.
Is backup included in managed plans?
Every managed plan is built around your needs and budget, so we choose backup with you instead of bundling one option for everyone. Options range from cloud backup to full business continuity.
Not sure which fits? Ask us.
We’ll recommend the option that makes sense for your office, even if it’s the smaller one.
