Effective date: October 20, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how OCRDFW Inc. DBA RightfIT Network Solutions (“RightfIT Networks,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on rightfitnetworks.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work and stay secure. Others are used for things like measuring traffic or advertising.
What we use
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your information for targeted advertising.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| __cf_bm | Our website security provider | Strictly necessary. Helps tell people from automated bots and protect the site from abuse. | About 30 minutes |
| Spam-protection check | Our spam-protection provider | Strictly necessary. Runs on the contact form to block automated spam. It may process technical details such as your IP address and browser information. | For the check only |
| _tccl_visitor | Our website hosting provider | Performance measurement. Recognizes a returning browser so page-speed measurements can be grouped. Our hosting provider states it does not use this data to collect user information. | 1 year |
| _tccl_visit, _scc_session | Our website hosting provider | Performance measurement for a single visit (connection time, page load time). | About 30 minutes |
| wordpress_*, wp-settings-* | Our website software | Strictly necessary. Used only when our own staff sign in to manage the site. Regular visitors don’t receive these. | Session, or up to 1 year for staff |
Website analytics
We use a privacy-focused analytics service to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, does not track you across other websites, and gives us only totals, such as page views, how visitors found us, general location, device type, and actions such as contact form submissions or clicks on our phone number or email address.
Your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the contact form, from working. Because we don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, there is nothing to opt out of for targeted advertising.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page if the cookies we use change, and update the effective date above.
