OCRDFW Inc. DBA RightfIT Network Solutions (“RightfIT Networks”) wants everyone who visits rightfitnetworks.com to be able to find information about our services and contact us, including people who use assistive technology.
Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as the reference for how we design and maintain this website. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we review the site as pages are added or changed.
What we do
- Write page content in plain English, with headings that describe each section
- Check color contrast for text and links
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
- Label form fields and keep the contact form usable with a keyboard
- Design pages that resize for phones and work with browser zoom
- Run automated accessibility checks and review results when we make changes
Known limitations
- Third-party tools. Some features come from other providers, such as the spam-protection check on our contact form and our client support portal. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, but we don’t control their design.
- Older content. Some older blog posts and documents may not fully meet the guidelines. We update them as we review the site.
