IT help when you need it. No contract.
Call us for fixes, installs, small projects, and second opinions. Remote or on site, billed for the time you use. We only do the work you ask for and approve.

What’s available
Hourly clients choose what gets done. We only perform the work you request and approve, and you’re billed for that time. Nothing is included by default.
Troubleshooting
Slow computers, printer problems, sign-in issues, and error messages.
Virus and malware cleanup
Cleanup, checks, and steps to lower the chance it happens again.
Installs and setups
New computers, software, printers, and user accounts.
Network and Wi-Fi fixes
Dropped connections, dead spots, and firewall or router problems.
Small projects
Moves, upgrades, and one-time cleanups, with an estimate before work starts.
Second opinions
A plain-English review of a quote, a setup, or a problem that keeps coming back.

Common questions
Do I need a contract for hourly support?
No. Hourly support has no contract. You call when you need help and pay for the time used.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. Remote help is usually fastest; we schedule on-site visits when hands-on work is needed.
What’s included with hourly support?
Only the work you request. There’s no monitoring, patching, or ongoing coverage with hourly service; we do what you ask for, explain the cost, and bill for the time used.
Can I switch to a managed plan later?
Yes. Many clients start hourly and move to a managed plan when it makes sense for them.
